The Legend of Bigfoot is a colorful and popular souvenir shop on US 101, about 15 miles south of Phllipsville, and half a mile north of Richardson Grove State Park.
The shop has a kitschy mix of chainsaw carvings, “Bigfoot” themed t-shirts and merchandise, and redwood souvenirs. They usually have sequoia sempervirens seedlings for sale. I planted one of these seedlings, and it is currently 63″ tall and thriving! (See Say Hello to Rocky!)
